Order Details

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and more options allowed by the third-party payment gateways

Can I cancel my order?

An order can only be cancelled before it is dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non-acceptance.

Can I modify my cart after placing an order?

If it is not shipped, reach out to us to make the change. If you want to add more items post dispatch, you'll need to place a new order.

Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?

Sort of, Yes- If the order is not shipped, we can do it for you. Reach out to us to check the status of your order. We'll assist you with the process.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

You'll receive order details on your registered contact details once your order is confirmed.

Shipping and Delivery

Can I check the product before accepting delivery?

Unfortunately, no. The product will be delivered to you and any concerns can be raised with our support team. We recommend you to record un-packing/un-boxing videos, as they may be required to solve for any discrepancies.

Do you ship internationally?

Not Currently. You can get in touch for on-demand International shipping. We'd love to work it out and see our products travel!

What if I miss the delivery?

Our delivery partners attempt delivery thrice at your doorstep, post which the order gets back to us.

Can I change the billing or delivery address?

Is there an extra delivery charge?

Returns and Refunds

What is the return/exchange policy?

No Return or exchange is accepted after purchase. Though we are here for you if you recieve a defective or wrong piece.

What if I receive a damaged/wrong product?

Reach out to us with images of the product(s) that have reached you. We'll work on providing a replacement on priority.

What is store credit?

Store credit acts like money in your Gaachi account you can use for future purchases. We share store credit in the form of Gift Cards that are valid for 1 year. Gift cards are non-refundable or transferable.

How do I redeem my gift card?

You would receive a unique gift card code on your registred contact details. Apply the code at checkout to redeem the amount.
