Shipping policy

We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. Due to the small batch manufacturing and fragile nature of our products, we currently levy Cash on Delivery Charges and shipping charges. These charges are auto-applied as per your cart details at checkout. 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

We know you like options, so we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders. Heads up, though – there's a small COD charge of ₹50 on all orders that use this payment method.

Shipping Charges

Here's the lowdown on our shipping rates:

For orders under ₹500 -  Shipping will cost you ₹50

Orders between ₹500 and ₹1,000 - Shipping is just ₹100

Orders above ₹1,000 - Free shipping, anywhere in India!

 

We hustle to get your orders out the door in 2-3 business days. Delivery times can vary, but we always aim to get your stuff to you ASAP. As soon as the order is dispatched, we share tracking details over your registered contact details. We partner with multiple courier companies which aim to deliver your product within 5-7 business days. Our delivery partners attempt delivery thrice at your doorstep, post which the order gets back to us. 

In the rare event of a paid order coming back to us due to unsuccessful delivery, we’ll refund the amount to the source account after deducting shipping charges. 

Order Cancellation

An order can only be cancelled before it is dispatched. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non acceptance. For prepaid orders, we’ll refund the amount to the source account after deducting shipping charges. For COD orders, Gaachi Home reserves the right to deny future orders.
