At Gaachi, we're all about giving you top-notch gear that you'll love. To keep things simple and eco-friendly, we don't do returns due to the fragile nature of the products. So, before you hit that buy button, make sure to check out all the details, sizes, and measurements to pick the perfect fit. 

We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your product(s) arrives damaged or wrong as per order details, please send us a photo of the product and box within 48 hours of receiving your order. Depending on availability of the product, we’ll provide you with a replacement on priority. It will take us around 2-3 days to evaluate the case and dispatch a new order for you. In case the product is not available, we’ll provide a refund for prepaid orders and gift card for COD orders within 48 hours. The gift card is redeemable on our website for 1 year from issuance. 

Shipping Policy

We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. Due to the small batch manufacturing and fragile nature of our products, we currently levy Cash on Delivery Charges and shipping charges. These charges are auto-applied as per your cart details at checkout. 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

We know you like options, so we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders. Heads up, though – there's a small COD charge of ₹50 on all orders that use this payment method.

Shipping Charges

Here's the lowdown on our shipping rates:

For orders under ₹500 -  Shipping will cost you ₹50

Orders between ₹500 and ₹1,000 - Shipping is just ₹100

Orders above ₹1,000 - Free shipping, anywhere in India!

We hustle to get your orders out the door in 2-3 business days. Delivery times can vary, but we always aim to get your stuff to you ASAP. We partner with multiple courier companies which aim to deliver your product within 5-7 business days. Our delivery partners attempt delivery thrice at your doorstep, post which the order gets back to us. 

In the rare event of a paid order coming back to us due to unsuccessful delivery, we’ll refund the amount to the source account after deducting 2-way shipping charges. For COD orders, Gaachi Home reserves the right to deny future orders.

 

Order Cancellation

An order can only be cancelled before it is dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non-acceptance. For prepaid orders, we’ll refund the amount to the source account after deducting shipping charges. For COD orders, Gaachi Home reserves the right to deny future orders.
