Refund policy

At Gaachi, we're all about giving you top-notch gear that you'll love. We have an easy 7 day return policy only for our soft furnishings. To keep things simple and eco-friendly, we don't do returns on our fragile product range. So, before you hit that buy button, make sure to check out all the details, sizes, and measurements to pick the perfect fit. 

For Soft Furnishings: 

If you wish to return your soft furnishing piece(s), please reach out to us via Whatsapp on +91 8368666353 or drop an email at hey@gaachihome.com within 7 days of delivery. Once a return is initiated for soft furnishings, we'll arrange a pick up from your address within 2-3 days. Please return the unused and unwashed product with all the original packaging materials. As soon as it reaches us, we’ll do a quick quality check to provide a refund or giftcard as per your preference. The gift card is redeemable on our website for 1 year from issuance.

Incase, product(s) arrive damaged/wrong:

We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your product(s) arrives damaged or wrong as per order details, please send us a photo of the product and box within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately for you. Reach out to us via Whatsapp on +91 8368666353 or drop an email at hey@gaachihome.com

Depending on availability of the product, we’ll provide you with a replacement on priority. It will take us around 2-3 days to evaluate the case and dispatch a new order for you. In case the product is not available, we’ll provide a refund for prepaid orders and gift card for COD orders within 48 hours. The gift card is redeemable on our website for 1 year from issuance.
